A dedicated cancer action group for breast and cervical cancer creating awareness, enabling early detection, and building supportive communities. Through partnerships across institutions and clubs, we organize screenings, awareness sessions, and provide resources to fight breast cancer together.

Capacity Building & Member Development
Ongoing - Multiple trainings attended & conducted The Rotaract Club of Delhi Dynamic Leaders strengthens our members' professional and leadership capabilities through a combination of external learning opportunities and internally organized training sessions. By participating in workshops, speaker sessions, and developmental programs, as well as conducting our own structured training focused on communication skills, digital professionalism, career readiness, and organizational understanding, the club ensures holistic member growth, preparing Rotaractors to lead confidently and drive impactful initiatives.

Leadership Training
Leadership Training is a key focus of the Club Service Avenue at the Rotaract Club of Delhi Dynamic Leaders. This initiative is designed to nurture confident, responsible, and capable leaders within the club. Through structured training sessions, workshops, mentoring, and hands-on responsibilities, members are equipped with essential leadership skills such as communication, team management, decision-making, time management, and professionalism. New members are guided through orientation programs, while existing members are encouraged to take up leadership roles and lead by example. The Club Service Avenue provides opportunities for members to learn by doing: organizing meetings, coordinating teams, managing events, and contributing to strategic planning. This practical exposure helps Rotaractors grow both personally and professionally.
Community Service
Waste Paper Recycling
Ongoing - 10,000+ kg recycled Recycling old waste paper into new notebooks that are distributed to children from underprivileged communities. With over 3,500 notebooks already made, this initiative supports both environmental conservation and access to essential educational resources.

Fellowship Events
Garden Soiree Fellowship Events are an essential part of the Club Service Avenue at the Rotaract Club of Delhi Dynamic Leaders. These events are designed to strengthen bonds among members, promote teamwork, and create a warm, inclusive club environment. Through social gatherings, celebrations, team-building activities, outings, and informal meet-ups, Fellowship Events provide members with opportunities to connect beyond meetings and projects. The fellowship activities are conducted both online and offline, in which every member makes a stronger bond with each other. They encourage friendship, mutual respect, and collaboration, making the Rotaract journey enjoyable and meaningful.

Ongoing - Multiple child-focused initiatives We work towards the holistic development of children by creating safe and engaging spaces that nurture self-expression, confidence, and emotional balance. Through thoughtfully designed activities, we encourage creativity, build communication skills, and introduce practices that support mental well-being at a young age.

Rotaract Inter-Club & Inter-District Exchange
We actively engage in Inter-Club and Inter-District Exchanges to strengthen connections within the Rotaract fraternity. Through these exchanges, we collaborate with Rotaract Clubs across different cities and districts, sharing ideas, experiences, and best practices in service and leadership. These interactions allow our members to gain wider exposure, learn diverse approaches to community service, and build meaningful relationships beyond our own district.

Upcycling Bedsheets
Ongoing - 200+ KGs upcycled Transforming discarded bedsheets and old clothes into useful products while supporting women from underprivileged communities with skill training and steady income opportunities. With sewing machines installed and training sessions conducted, over 1000 bags and aprons have already been crafted, empowering women and reducing fabric waste at the same time.

Quarterly - Thousands fed Conducting regular food donation drives across Delhi NCR to provide fresh, nutritious meals to underserved communities. By collaborating with local partners and volunteers, we identify high-need areas, distribute meals responsibly, and work towards ensuring consistent food security for vulnerable families and individuals.

Member Mentorship Program
Club Orientation The Member Mentorship Program, led by the Club Service Avenue of the Rotaract Club of Delhi Dynamic Leaders, is designed to guide, support, and empower members throughout their Rotaract journey. Under this program, new and existing members are paired with experienced Rotaractors and club leaders who act as mentors. These mentors provide guidance on club functioning, leadership development, personal growth, and active participation in projects and events. The program helps members build confidence, develop skills, and better understand the values and opportunities within Rotaract.

Sister / Twin Club Agreements
The club forms Sister or Twin Club relationships with Rotaract Clubs across the globe to encourage long-term collaboration. These partnerships focus on joint projects, cultural exchange, leadership development, and sustained international engagement.
Community Service
Breast Cancer Awareness
Ongoing - 5,000+ lives reached A multi-club initiative dedicated to spreading awareness about breast cancer and the importance of early detection through targeted campaigns, screenings, and educational sessions. Conducted in partnership with Rotary District 3011's Breast Cancer Prevention Team, this initiative empowers communities with knowledge, encourages timely check-ups, and supports women in taking charge of their health.

Quarterly - 6 orphanages supported Regular visits to local orphanages where we support children by providing essential materials, spending quality time with them, celebrating festivals together, and creating a warm, homely environment. Our aim is to make every child feel cared for, included, and supported in their growth and happiness.

Old-age Home Visits
Quarterly - 4 old age homes supported Compassionate outreach to elderly residents through regular visits where we spend quality time with them, celebrate festivals, offer companionship, and provide health check-ups and essential supplies. Our efforts aim to bring joy, comfort, and dignity to seniors, making them feel valued, cared for, and truly at home.

Pad Donation Drives
Quarterly - 1,000+ women benefited Providing sanitary pads to women in underserved communities while conducting practical and awareness-focused sessions on menstrual hygiene and reproductive health. Our drives aim to break stigmas, promote menstrual wellbeing, and ensure that every woman has access to safe and dignified menstrual care.

Blood Donation Camps
Quarterly Conducting blood donation camps to support urgent healthcare needs and encourage voluntary, life-saving donation.
