01Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of racddl.com (the "Site"), operated by the Rotaract Club of Delhi Dynamic Leaders ("RACDDL," "we," "us," or "our"), a Rotaract club affiliated with Rotary International District 3011. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

02About this site

The Site provides information about RACDDL and its community-service activities, and lets visitors apply for membership, sign up to volunteer, register for events, make donations, and contact the club. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you provide.

03Using the site

By using the Site, you agree that you will:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in any form you submit.
• Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its admin systems.
• Not use the Site to upload malicious files, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes anyone's rights.
• Not scrape, copy, or republish content from the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

04Membership, volunteering, and event registrations

Submitting a membership application, volunteer sign-up, or event registration through the Site is an expression of interest, not a guarantee of acceptance. RACDDL reviews submissions at its discretion and may accept, decline, or place conditions on any application in line with our club and Rotary International's policies. Event capacity and eligibility rules, where stated on a specific event page, apply in addition to these Terms.

05Donations

Donations made through the Site are processed directly via UPI to the club and are voluntary contributions toward RACDDL's community-service projects. We do not store your payment card or banking details on the Site. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you in good faith, though we cannot guarantee a refund once funds have been applied toward a project.

06Intellectual property

The Site's content, including text, graphics, logos, and the RACDDL name and emblem, is owned by or licensed to RACDDL or Rotary International and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

07Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, our social media pages) or rely on third-party services to operate (described in our Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.

08Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RACDDL is a volunteer-run organisation, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in any event or activity listed on it.

09Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
